The WarpDT package (WarpJPEG, WarpPNG, WarpTIFF, WarpBMP, WarpPCX, WarpPSD, WarpWebP and WarpDTPrefs)
is shareware, which means you are expected to register if you find
the datatypes useful after an evaluation period of 30 days, and wish to
continue using them.

- MysticView - great window based viewer to use with the WarpDTs, especially if you have graphics card.
- PicShow - another viewer, but this one also supports image files containing multiple images (e.g. TIFF-FAX).
- SplitMultiImage - extract images from image files containing multiple images.
- PicDTBench - tool for benchmarking picture.datatype image loading.
Attention WarpUp 5.1 users! |
Due to a bug in the official powerpc.library v16.1 (7 February 2001) from the OS3.9 boing bag,
you may experience crashes from Defiant (WarpOS housekeeping task). If this proves to be
the case on your system, I recommend that you try using the
16.1beta1 version (7 January 2001)
of powerpc.library instead, available from Frank Wille. There is
no real need to bother trying this beta version unless you do get the Defiant crashes.
